- As the moulds are flexible, you can easily remove your fondant or chocolate. Once you have pressed your design into your mould, we recommend putting it in the fridge to set. This will ensure that the icing isn’t too flexible or sticky when it’s removed. You can then slightly bend the tray and remove your design with ease.
