hiee ppl..my experience et khadyam was great.intersting…it was so cmfrtable n easy to get in cooking.. 
i learned 8 dishes over dere..(chily potaoes,manchurian,mocktail,malai kofta n 4 more dishes..)..everythng was yumm!!..n specially dere we have a tip of d day for our every class..n datzz veei useful in our day to day life..recipies given to us was very easy to understnd later when we try our dishes..:)thanks di..:)

I joined Chocolate course at Khadyam Cooking Academy in 2009 along with my brother and Akshita didi. I found the learning environment very interactive and we had a great blast throw out the day. And the study material we got was Aowsam…We find it great. Learning different chocolates were made so easy to understand throw these notes and teaching method was so nice which made us learn these difficult method of making chocolate very easy.

Hello guys n gals! About my experience with Khadyam Cooking Academy is nice. I learned three courses at Khadyam. Chocolates course in aug 2009 and Chinese snacks and Cakes with Icing in Mar/Apr 2010. Well about the learning environment, it was great, it was homely and We learned very easily and quickly. The teaching method is also very simple and easily understood and the best part is we were also involved while cooking. Everything was so nice which motivated me to join chinese course and cake icing course at Khadyam. I also tried spring rolls i learned at my naani’s home and everybody appreciated my delicious spring rolls which i learned at Khadyam. Thanks!!!

I joined Chocolates course at Khadyam Cooking Academy in Aug 2009. The content of study material provided was very innovative as well as quite informative. The learning environment is amazing. It feels just like home!! The teaching method as well as the teacher, both are very ROCKING… .
And just one suggestion…If anyone joins the same course, Manchurian Gravy recipe should be provided along with the course coz its just very very delicious.
